Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Shah Of Persia in Poole and lead the team to success!

About the pub
The Shah is a busy family friendly pub and hotel in Poole. Based close to the town centre, it is ideally located for holidaymakers and business travellers visiting the area. The hotel has 15 en-suite rooms for guests to enjoy. The pub offers breakfast for staying guests as well the general public, and has a large car park.
The pub and hotel is currently averaging £25k per week with a sales mix of 60 food/30 wet/10rooms. We are looking for a strong engaged operator, preferably with hotel/rooms experience to drive the pub forward.
GM Accommodation? This is a live out position with a live out allowance.
